Shaanxi Baoguang Vacuum Electric Device Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as Baoguang ) is located in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province with registered capital RMB236 million and total asset RMB820 million. Baoguang stock (Stock code: 600379) was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange in January, 2002.

Baoguang is a key high-tech enterprise to produce vacuum interrupter and vacuum switch equipment in China. “Baoguang brand” vacuum interrupter won the fifth Asia-Pacific Expo gold award, Moscow International famous products gold award, one first prize and one second prize for National Science and Technology Progress Prize, and won the titles of Quality products of ministry and province totally for more than 70 items. Many of the company's products have been listed in the National Torch Program Project and state-level key new products plan, and have taken part inthe states 863 plan and the National Science-technology Support Plan Projects many times. “National and local united engineering research center of vacuum electric technology”, which was established by Baoguang, was formally approved by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) in 2015. This marks that the company’s technological R&D ability has entered into the national team/level.

“Baoguang” brand series products include vacuum interrupter, embedded pole, electro-vacuum ceramic products, solar collector, accessories for high-voltageelectricalapparatus, and electric products (operating mechanism as the core product) altogether seven categories of over 800 varieties. The products have features of standardization, serialization, miniaturization, long life, high reliability and specialization. At present, the company has developed complete series of vacuum interrupters, including voltage ratings of 12kV, 24 kV, 36 kV, 72.5 kV and 126 kV, with voltage level covering from 0.66KV to 126KV, which are in line with the related national and international standards such as GB, IEC and ANSIetc. The company has become the enterprise covering the widest range of vacuum interrupter parameters globally.The company’s main product market share has been keeping the first place at home for many years. Until now, the cumulative production of Baoguang brand vacuum interrupter has reached 7,000,000 pieces. The companyactively implements "Going Out" strategy. The products are exported to United Arab Emirates, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Italy, Turkey, Russia, Korea and America etc. The product export volume has been keeping growth with a rate of more than 15% in recent years, anong which export volume of vacuum interrupter has always kept the first place in the domestic industry.

“Baoguang” diamond-shaped logo was awarded “China famous brand” by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2011. In 2015, “Baoguang” diamond-shaped logo was separately registered in Madrid Union, America, Japan, Malaysia and India etc. A wider range of trademark protection is obtained. The company passed three-in-one authentication composing of Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and OccupationalHealthand Safety Management system in 2014.
